I needed more debug output from:
  remote_target::select_thread_for_ambiguous_stop_reply
I thought this would be useful for others too.

gdb/ChangeLog:

	* remote.c (remote_target)
	<select_thread_for_ambiguous_stop_reply>: Add additional debug
	output.
