Patch #2 here changes Ada to decode (aka demangle) function names that
are emitted by GCC when splitting functions.  For example,
"function.cold" will now be shown to the user as "function[cold]".

The first patch here avoids a problem that I found while writing the
second patch.

Regression tested on x86-64 Fedora 32.
